We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address] with clear photo or video proof of the unopened package and product, and our support team will review your case for an exchange.

"For prepaid orders refused or cancelled, due to change of mind, a standard return shipping & restocking fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount once the item is safely returned to our warehouse."
