A: Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other locations: 5-10 business days.

A: Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Intimate and hygiene products are non-returnable.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: I received a wrong or damaged item. What do I do?
